After Hours: one headline after another, Composite 1,108.59

Old Joe with you. The headlines came one after another today, so I'll go through the news first and the market after. Composite 1,108.59, +0.56%.

The headline everyone was passing around was "The city passes corporate and personal income-tax cuts". The Authority has passed a three-year tax cut, lowering corporate tax bills and lifting household disposable income. Consumer and internet platform names benefit most directly, while price-regulated Utilities see limited gains.

And that wasn't the only one. There was also "A key port shuts down and manufacturing deliveries across the city slip" and "Institutions across the city raise their AI computing spending plans in unison". That many stories in one day is unusual.

The name everyone was talking about was Oil Baron Energy (XONM), closing at 153.46, +10.77%. Milemark Digital (MRAX) added 10.37% too.

At the other end, Coreforge Graphics (NVHD) gave up 6.40%, the biggest drop of the day. Cavva Kitchens (CVAA) didn't fare much better, -5.41%.

Across the city, 23 names up and 14 down, on turnover of 4.84B CC.

All right, that's tonight. Get some sleep, all of you.
